Can I trust the cleaners in my home?
Yes. Every cleaner is pre-screened, interviewed in person, background-checked and professionally trained before they ever enter a client's home, and continued high performance is required to stay on our team. We are fully insured.
Need to cancel or reschedule?
Plans change, and we make it easy to adjust. Reschedule or cancel at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice by phone or email. Changes requested with less than 48 hours' notice carry a $70 late-change fee, which compensates the cleaning team that reserved that time for you.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
Every visit is backed by our 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If any area of your home falls short of our standard, let us know within 48 hours of the cleaning and we will return to re-clean it at no additional charge.
